THE SOUL SEAL EXPERIENCE
-
A Soul Seal is a tattoo that goes deeper than ink on skin. It’s a talisman that captures the energy of your most authentic self and anchors it to your body permanently.
The process begins with uncovering your intention through conscious conversation, Tarot, and Astrology. The design that emerges is channeled specifically for you. The experience includes an opening meditation, the tattoo itself, and a closing ceremony to seal the energy into the work.
You can learn more on the Soul Seal Experience page.
-
Yes and no. Do you believe in yourself? If you don’t right now, would you like to?
Belief is a tool. We use it just like we do our tattoo machines and the other tools of our craft.
You’re allowed to show up skeptical. Just bring an equal amount of curiosity. Be open to the possibility that a tattoo can be more than decoration, and maybe it can change your life.
-
A regular tattoo appointment starts with a design. A Soul Seal starts with you.
The Soul Seal experience includes divination, intention-setting, a guided meditation before the tattoo, the tattoo itself, and a closing ceremony afterward. The design is co-created specifically to reflect your truest self.
It takes longer, costs more, and goes deeper. A tattoo is art on skin. A Soul Seal is a self-expression on the surface that reflects what is within.
-
The divination and intention-setting portions of the Soul Seal experience can be done virtually. The tattoo itself requires and in-person session.
We are also exploring a deeper version of the process that is delivered entirely virtually and culminates in a co-created piece of sacred art. The art can then be taken to any tattoo artist, or simply kept as a talisman. Stay tuned for more information when we are ready to launch.
THE MAGICKAL SIDE
-
The best starting point is a consultation with the Wizard. A short conversation is usually enough to figure out which offering is the right fit for where you are right now.
You can also start with a single Tarot, Astrology, or any other divination reading if you want to get a feel for the work before committing to anything deeper. There’s no wrong entry point.
-
Yes. We will be offering magick classes periodically - both in-person and virtually. Our magick classes are designed for anyone, regardless of prior experience.
Sign up for our email list to be notified when the next class goes live. Upcoming events are also listed on our Events page.
PRACTICAL MATTERS
-
Tattoo bookings are handled through Venue Ink. You can find each artist’s booking link on their individual pages. Venue Ink allows you to schedule and chat with your artist.
If you’re not sure which artist is the right fit, you can book a consultation or send us an email. We’ll help point you in the right direction.
-
A few things that make a real difference:
Eat a full meal beforehand - your blood sugar matters during a tattoo session
Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment
Moisturize the area to be tattooed for a few days in advance - healthy skin takes ink better
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session
Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed
Come rested - especially for a Soul Seal experience, where you'll want to be present and open
-
Each artist accepts payments through their individual preferred methods. Cash is preferred, but we also accept Venmo, CashApp and Zelle.
Your artist will direct you to where and how to pay them. This includes deposits, which are taken at the time of booking.
-
48 Hours Notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. We understand that life happens, but last minute cancellations affect our artists significantly. Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations, regardless of circumstances.
Our artists are respecting you and your time. We simply ask that you respond in kind.
We are happy to work with all of our clients if anything should come up. No shame. No worries. The earlier your reach out, the better we can accomodate your needs.
